无法加载文件 ******.ps1，因为在此系统中禁止执行脚本。

这个是因为powershell默认不允许运行没有签名的脚本。解决办法set-executionpolicy -scope CurrentUser Unrestricted

错误: 找不到或无法加载主类 io.mycat.MycatStartup这个是vscode 配置问题，删除%userprofile%.vscode 还有%userprofile%\AppData\Roaming\Code，然后重启
